Sierrah grew up in a small town near Salt Lake City, Utah, resided for 4 years in Southern California, and moved to Texas in early 2023. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience including direct patient care, medical claims processing, community health advocacy, and now bariatric coordination.
In 2018, she graduated with an AS degree in Health Sciences at Weber State University, later followed by her BS degree in psychology with honors, Magnum Cum Lade, at California State University, Los Angeles (CSLA). During her time at CSLA, she completed an AmeriCorp Civic Action Fellowship; a community-based participatory research project working with underrepresented neighborhoods in southeast Los Angeles to dismantle health disparities and inequities cultivated by community members. Sierrah has a true passion for healthcare and strives to make a positive impact in any environment!
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, wake surfing, hiking, and kickball.
