Juvéderm is a minimally invasive treatment and can often be completed the same day as your consultation. Once our team has listened to your goals and reviewed your specific skin condition, we will suggest the ideal Juvéderm product or combination of products.
B+A offers a topical anesthetic before the injection. Patients report little to no pain with the use of the anesthetic.
Juvéderm is injected directly into your skin. After the injection, we will gently massage the site. Your appointment will require between 20 and 60 minutes.
Side effects tend to be mild and short-lived. Common side effects include redness, swelling, bruising, and tenderness.
Once any swelling has subsided, you will see the full results of your treatment. These results will last between six months and two years.
We recommend maintenance appointments at least twice a year. Delicate areas of the face that experience constant muscle movements may require more frequent maintenance appointments.
