A little over two years after my gastric sleeve procedure, I found myself back in the office on 3/27/26 feeling completely terrified, convinced I had done something terribly wrong to my body. B & A Surgeons offers a complete care package. Regularly scheduled visits with the dietician, lab work and body composition. They give you a workbook loaded with valuable information for you to follow your journey and also makes notes. They are very easy to get in touch with for any questions you may have. The aftercare is fantastic!

I had a really great experience here having multiple small lipomas removed. Dr. Abando and Prosche MA were both amazing to work with.
Dr. Abando was very thorough during my consultation and took the time to explain all of my options, including pros and cons, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He’s very personable and easy to talk to.
The front office staff was also super helpful in providing pricing estimates ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was actually better than several dermatologists I had reached out to for the same procedure, and I ultimately felt more comfortable having a surgeon perform it because the lipomas were near veins and nerves.
I was honestly pretty anxious going into the procedure since this was my first surgery, but both Dr. Abando and Prosche made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the entire time.
Prosche also followed up after the procedure and was very quick to respond to any questions I had.
My incisions were very small and clean, and now about 6 weeks later, I can already tell the scarring will be very minimal.
Overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Abando and team to anyone!
